At Ecoat.us we have extensive experience in the electrocoating industry dating back to its beginnings in the 1970s. With four patents and two trademarks, we have had a hand in developing processes that are revolutionizing industries beyond e-coating, including oil and gas, HVAC, wastewater, industrial applications, Department of Defense and aerospace, and additional specification work.

Innovative Applications
ZPEX is a coating system developed for the oil and gas industry. This process coats pipes, valves, and other parts to resist the corrosion and abrasion present in the industry while eliminating the high costs of using expensive metals.
Ecoat.us has exclusive rights to the ZNET Anode Control System, one of the most advanced electrocoating tools in the industry. ZNET controls individual anodes in order to evenly and effectively apply coating to products with large surface areas. That simply isn’t possible with off-the-shelf rectifier systems. Using ZNET also eliminates excessive coating and waste.
